JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-01-2018 In the present writ application, the petitioners have sought quashing of the order contained in Letter No.228, dated 15.2.2012 issued by the Respondent No.5, by which direction has been issued to Respondent No.6 to cancel the appointment of the petitioners and further sought for quashing of order contained in Memo No.279 dated 16.2.2012 issued by the Respondent No.6, by which petitioners' appointment has been cancelled and direction has been issued to recover the payment

Patna High Court CWJC No.7498 of 2012(8) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 made to the petitioners.

The petitioners are directed to file an appropriate appeal for redressal of their grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Araria within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

It has further been pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners were granted interim protection vide order dated 18.04.2012.

The petitioners will be at liberty to make a separate application before the District Appellate Authority, Araria during the pendency of the appeal within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal and the same shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
