2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of son of informant by means of Khanti. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between the parties, Maarpit took place in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal / concerned Court in connection with Karpi P.S.
