The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No.15 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21655 of 2016 with observation that in case the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of charges, he would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

No.43214 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charges were framed in the present case on 20.06.2016 and till date the trial has not concluded. Keeping in mind the observations made in the aforestated order dated 19.05.2016 as also the fact that the petitioner, who is in custody since 08.02.2016, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of thelike amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-8th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S.
