2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is husband of the deceased. Trial court report dated 22.2.2024 reveals that out of six chargesheet witnesses, four of them have been examined and only the informant and IO are to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 9.5.2021.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

5.Let the trial be concluded as early as possible, preferably within a period of one year, failing which petitioner
