Having regard to the fact that the direction given by this Court in the order dated 27.11.2013 in CWJC No. 19433 of 2013 has been complied by the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur, the rest of the grievance of the petitioner against the aforesaid order passed by the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur can definitely not be made subject matter of this contempt application.

That being so, this application is disposed of with a

Patna High Court MJC No.2401 of 2014 (2) dt.07-07-2015 liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority/court against the order passed by the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur.
