JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the Aanganwari Appeal No. 8 of 2021 filed by the petitioner on 31.07.2021 against the order dated 29.06.2021, passed by respondent no. 3, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Sevika."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18174 of 2021(2) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 respondent-State has pointed out that the only relief prayed for, in the present writ petition, is to direct the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Aanganwari Appeal No. 8 of 2021, hence appropriate directions can be issued to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to dispose off the said appeal in case the same has not already stood disposed off.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, in case the same has yet not stood disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
