JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,323,307,353,504,506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, as per the informant being Officer Incharge of Sheohar Police station, is that on 27.2.2016 at 2.45 P.M. he arrested notorious criminal namely Sri Narain Singh and four others and registered Sheohar P.S. Case no. 32 of 2016 but the crowd made protest and tried to get the apprehended accused released. The crowd raised slogans against the police and thereby obstructed the police force in discharge of official duty. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20259 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 that the accusation is omnibus and general against the mob. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.33 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
