JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 22-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 06.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50032/2019, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court.

There is no new ground in this application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 265/2019 from the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar.
