JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-09-2023 At the outset, Ms. Tetara Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has already been complied and as such she seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt application.
2. Learned counsel for the BSNL reiterate and reaffirm her statement and submits that a show cause has already been filed showing the compliance of the order of this Court.
