Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel appearing for the informant.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the IPC. Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant's husband and in-laws. It appears that, altogether, three persons sustained injury on their vital part of the body but admittedly, petitioner no.2 lodged Sahkund P.S. case no. 236/2017 against father-in-law of the informant and others for the occurrence of the same day and petitioner no.2 claims that it were the prosecution party who assaulted him

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Amarpur P.S. Case no. 477/2017.
