2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2089 of 2013.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2015, the opposite party no. 2 as well as the petitioner no. 3 (fatherin-law) are personally present in Court and so also the husband of the opposite party no. 2. Petitioner No. 3 as well as his son (husband of opposite party no. 2) assure that

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 04.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2089 of 2013 is hereby confirmed.
