JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-03-2015 The facts speak for themselves. Obviously, the petitioner was not running the centre when she was made an accused in a murder case and absconding. Fact that she was subsequently exonerated by filing a final form by the police may not do. Petitioner cannot deny the above facts, which have been dealt with by the appellate authority in his order contained in Annexure- 7. The cause of the scheme and the smooth running of the centre have surely suffered. In view of the same, no interference is required to be made with the impugned order. Respondents would be well advised
