The present application is filed for modification of the order dated 23.02.2015 passed in contempt petition bearing M.J.C. No. 836 of 2014, which was disposed of on filing the show cause by opposite party nos. 2, 4 and 5 showing the compliance of the order dated 21.02.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8476 of 2012, about measurement of land by the Circle Officer, Goreyakothi, Siwan by instituting the Misc. Case No. 7 of 2013, Parmeshwar Tiwari Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors. in the light direction of District Magistrate, Siwan.

I find no reason to modify the order dated 23.02.2015 passed in M.J.C. No. 836 of 2014. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may take recourse before appropriate forum in accordance with law. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) U Shail/-
