Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they dragged Pratima Kumari to the Baithak of Suresh Singh with wrong intention but on coming of the villagers they fled away. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. The informant is employed in the house of petitioners' family and due to dispute regarding wage the present case has been instituted. From perusal of Annexure-2 it is evident that the matter has been compromised between the parties. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21688 of 2016 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-Ist, Jehnabad , in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case no. 8 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
