1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Teacher on the basis of forged disability and STET certificates.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after thorough verification of all certificates by the concerned department, petitioner was appointed on the post of government teacher. Later on , without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner, all the documents furnished by the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51363 of 2025(3) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 have been declared forged and fabricated. It is further submitted that petitioner has already been terminated from the aforesaid post of teacher. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and also the fact that he has already been terminated from the aforesaid post, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Prakash/- U T
