ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but despite fasadi of agreement the dispute could not be resolved.

Without going into the veracity of the claim of either party and looking into the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.04.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 185 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran.

However, from now the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/-.
