From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, ('the Company' for short), it appears that the petitioner was asked to make available certain documents for considering his claim for compensation in July 2021. In the rejoinder affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner to the said counter affidavit, it has been stated that required documents have now been made available to the Respondent-Company on 28-03-2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with an observation that let a decision be taken by the Company on the petitioner's claim for compensation, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
