Allegations appear serious and further appear supported so much so that the story of the attempted killing of the complainant while the petitioner was working in a brick-kiln whereupon he was ousted from the brick-kiln and finding that he was being found trying to eliminate the lady again thereafter, discourages the Court to entertain the petition. Petition appears meritless and the same is dismissed in connection with Complaint Case No.921 of 2013 pending in the court of SDJM, Nawada.
