04. 08.07.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 08.01.2015 shall stand confirmed if he deposits the entire arrears of Rs. 750/- from 08.01.2015 till date within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and in case he fails to do so his provisional anticipatory bail would be automatically cancelled in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 131 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed off.
