JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 The petitioner has preferred the present application for anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 749 of 2014 wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the IPC and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram.
The impugned order reflects that none appeared on behalf of the petitioner before the Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram on 02.04.2016, 06.04.2016 and 12.04.2016, hence ultimately the application was dismissed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioners cannot be penalized for the default of their lawyer. The present application is disposed of with liberty to
