This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kuchaykote P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023 registered under section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that weapons has been recovered from the co-accused namely Shiv Puran and the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52449 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaykote P.S. Case No. 218 of 2023.
