2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the BNS.

3 . As per the FIR, it is alleged by the informant that on 25.10.2024 she got information regarding murder of her daughter. She further alleged that her daughter has been killed and her body was disappeared by the accused persons.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence and has not disclosed the source of information through whom she came to

He further submits that the petitioner is co-villager of the husband of the deceased and is in no way connected with the family of the deceased. No motive has been assigned as to why this petitioner committed the alleged offence. He further submits that the conduct of the informant appears to be suspicious because the informant is a resident of Rasulpur Vaishali than how she came to know about the presence of dead body on 22.11.2024 and when she accompanied the police why she did not sign upon the report. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 54366 of 2025 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-
