Mr. Amish Kumar AC to AAG-14 points out that the petitioner has filed the application for payment of the legal/admissible dues which was authorized but due to discrepancy in the cheque was not honoured/ paid. Referring to paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the counter affidavit, it has been submitted that corrections have already been carried out in the cheque which has been received by the petitioner.
Taking into account the aforesaid fact, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The application is dismissed.
