The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he shot at Mithilesh Kumar causing injury on the vital part of the body, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
