The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Manigachi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have torn clothes of sister-in-law (Bhabhi) and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have inflicted Farsa blow on the nephew of the informant.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Present case is counter blast of Manigachi PS Case No. 120 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61049 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 2021 which was filed by petitioner no. 1 against informant's side. There is land dispute between the parties. Both parties are agnates. Injuries attributed to petitioner no. 2 is simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
