JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is only allegation against the petitioners that they along with one co-accused assaulted the informant's son, namely, Rakesh Kumar by means of lathi and danda but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that informant's son, namely, Rakesh Kumar did not sustain any injury and that is the reason the learned Sessions Judge has not mentioned about the socalled injury of injured, Rakesh Kumar in the impugned order.

No.10749 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, keeping in mind that petitioners are ladies and omnibus and general allegation of assault has been levelled against them, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
