Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 188, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
