PVC has communicated their approval after pay fixation to the University and now the University is required to make disbursement of the amount to the petitioner in accordance to the pay fixation done by the PVC. In view of the above, the University is directed to take steps and ensure that the actual monetary benefit accrued to the petitioner after grant of two increments is made available to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. In case, the amount is not paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks, the petitioner shall have liberty to file an application before the
