The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner had absolutely no role to play in disbursement of money and from the FIR itself, it would be apparent that it was the staff of the bank who was responsible for the withdrawal of the alleged amount. It is further submitted that subsequently, the informant realized that the allegations made against the petitioner had no substance and, accordingly, a compromise was also arrived at between the

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
