JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioners, who are mother-in-law, Nanad and the neighbour, apprehend their arrest in Daudpur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014 instituted under Sections 304B, 315, 201, 498(A) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in relation to death that had occurred on 31.08.2013.

There is no explanation about the inordinate delay in filing the complaint. In the complaint, on the basis of which the First Information Report was registered, it has been noted that the informant was forced to sign on the blank paper and photographs were taken to show their presence at the time of cremation. Thus, it is clear that at the time of death and cremation the informant was

It shows that the death was due to some complication at the advance stage of pregnancy. Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Daudpur P.S.
