The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2018 in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 360 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 394, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he is not named in the first information report but on account of certain enmity, he has been named subsequently. It is further submitted that Customer Service Provider (C.S.P.) was initially in the name of one Nitin Kr. Raushan but since his business was taken away and was given to the petitioner, the petitioner has been roped in to wreck vengeance at the instance of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43834 of 2018 (2) dt.31-07-2018 the said Nitin Kr. Raushan. It is further submitted that though the informant has claimed to have identified the culprits yet the petitioner has been in custody and he has not been placed on T.I. Parade and there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.- 11/concerned court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 360 of 2017.
