"i) To issue an appropriate writ order or direction to institutive high level inquiry committee to inquire into the mass/large scale bungling, fraud and financial embezzlement of crores amount of Bihar government fund in the work done under the Bihar education project Saharsa.

ii) To issue further appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to take immediate action against the wrong doers especially against respondent no. 12 (Assistant Engineer) and respondent no.- 13 (Junior Engineer) in view of enquiry report and order passed by District grievance Redressal officer Saharsa. iii) To issue further appropriate writ/writs, order or direction to fix the liability of embezzlement over the wrong doers especially against Respondent no.-12 & 13 and also contractor and recover the defalcated amount.

iv) To issue appropriate writ order or direction to the respondent Authority to provide appropriate protection to respondent no.- 14,15, 16 who are Junior Engineer and conducted the enquiry and submitted the report and due to which they were humiliated and subjected to various kind of the troubles.

v) This Hon'ble Court may adjudicate and hold that it was the duty of respondent higher authority to act as per inquiry report and take action against Respondent no. -12&13 and the contractors.

vi) To issue appropriate writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent higher authority to consider the grievance

2. Though allegations have been made regarding misappropriation of public funds, no material or document has been brought on record to substantiate the same. From the records, it further appears that the present Public Interest Litigation has been filed on account of personal disputes rather than in genuine public interest.

3. We, therefore, find no merit in the present writ application, and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
