Having regard to the fact that the petitioner seeks to assail an order of promotion-cum-transfer and claims that he had already filed a representation before the Director, Secondary Education, the competent authority, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn specially when this Court has been informed that another order of transfer of the petitioner had been passed during pendency of this writ application and he has already joined the post pursuant to the subsequent order of transfer.
