The Petitioner Munna Ram @ Munna Kumar Ram wants to renew the prayer of pre-arrest bail, which has already been rejected by order dated 05.01.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 24872/2014 submitting that there was free fight between both parties and the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence vide Annexure-4 series, which is certificate granted by the Mukhiya and others.

Finding no good ground for reconsideration of the prayer for pre-arrest bail, again, the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
