ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 10.4.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Sessions Trial No.371 of 2013 arising out of Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. case No.113 of 2011. Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any justification for interference. The applications stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Ara, Bhojpur, who is directed to ensure
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22491 of 2014 dt.16-07-2015 2/2 the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
