As the grievance is now limited to the issue of imposition of fine against the appellant by the learned Single Judge, the appellant does not wish to press other reliefs sought in the writ application, In the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to modify the order, dated 29.03.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1806 of 2016, so far as its relates to imposition of fine. As such order imposing cost of Rs. 25,000/- on the appellant is hereby

Patna High Court LPA No.831 of 2016 (3) dt.06-06-2016 2/2 interfered with and is set aside.

The order, dated 29.03.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1806 of 2016 is modified to the extent mentioned above. This appeal stands disposed of.
