The appellant has challenged the order dated 11.09.2020 passed by the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Nawadah in connection with Special (H) Case No. 329 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No. 1488 of 2015, whereby the prayer made on behalf of the appellant for grant of bail for the offences under Section 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1), (w) (I) and (ii) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been rejected.

The prayer for bail of the appellant was earlier

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4327 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 rejected vide order dated 05.01.2021 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2115 of 2020.

The petitioner seeks provisional bail on the ground that his wife is required to be treated outside for pseudo-seizure.

No good ground appears to have been made out for grant of provisional bail to the appellant. The prayer for interim bail is rejected.
