ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 16.08.2017 in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of secret information, the miscreants were found sitting near a shop on a bench under suspicious circumstances. The police party raided and arrested the petitioner and from his possession one cartridge of 8 mm is said to have been recovered. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been in jail for sufficiently long period and so far as the other cases are concerned, he was remanded in connection with the same after his arrest in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42413 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 connection with the present case.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV-Bhojpur, in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 176 of 2017.
