JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant matric trained scale to the petitioner after obtaining the degree course since 31.08.2010 as also directing the concerned authority to give arrears. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit and has referred to paragraph no.11 thereof, wherein it has been stated that Drawing and Disbursing Officercum-Head Master, Urdu Middle School, Nawadih, BlockAurangabad, District-Aurangabad has already fixed the scale of matric trained scale with effect from 13.12.2012. No rejoinder has been filed to controvert the aforesaid statement made by the respondents in their counter affidavit,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16627 of 2017(3) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 hence, at the moment, it appears that the present writ petition has become infructuous.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to agitate surviving grievances before the concerned authority.
The writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
