The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 156/2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had purchased the property for being sold in scrap but without knowing that it was a stolen property as there was no reported case of theft as regards

The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2022. The petitioner was earlier made accused in two cases, in which he is on bail.

Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S.
