2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3(C) of 2016 dated 02.01.2016, instituted under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid complaint case cognizance was taken under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, which has been challenged by the petitioner by filing Cr. Misc. No.26694 of 2024 and a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.07.2024 has stayed the further proceedings of Complaint

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57550 of 2024(3) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 Case No.3(C) of 2016.

4. In the aforesaid background, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
