The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Begusarai Muffasil(Singhaul) P.S. Case No.182 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the informant went to his field after getting knowledge that measurement work is going on the land adjacent to his land belonging to Kunal Kumar Singh and Vikash Kumar,. The informant alleged that Manoj Singh and 3-4 others were present there. Manoj Singh caught the informant and pointed pistol on him. Thereafter he tied rope around his neck. It is alleged that petitioner assaulted him with knife. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was intending to purchase the land of Kunal Kumar Singh and Vikash Kumar. The land is situated by the side of the land of the informant. The informant also intended to purchase the

It is further submitted that petitioner is alleged to have pointed pistol but there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. The injuries found on the persons of the informant are bruise on neck and right forearm. The informant also alleged that other persons who were accompanied the petitioner also indiscriminately assaulted the informant.
It appears that the informant alleged that the petitioner and others assaulted the informant but only two bruise were found. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil(Singhaul) P.S. Case No.182 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
