ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 10.11.2009 by which 7th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, has dismissed Criminal Revision No. 296 of 2008 and upheld the order dated 28.1.2008 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Bhagalpur, in Misc. Case No. 883 of 2001. Considering that the Proceeding under Section 145 Cr. P.C. is of the year 2001, I am not inclined to interfere in the same at this belated stage.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
