ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 06.05.2018 in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 150 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has enticed the victim girl who is about 16 years of age and raped her.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the victim is a minor girl, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner.
