Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is aggrieved by an order of suspension pending departmental proceeding which was passed on 10.06.2014 and that this Court now has been made aware that the memo of charge against the petitioner was framed on 09.08.2014, wherein the petitioner has also filed his written statement of defence on 30.04.2015 and the Patna University has already appointed an inquiring officer, this Court would direct the authorities of the Patna University including the inquiring officer to ensure that a departmental enquiry is completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the disciplinary authority
Patna High Court CWJC No.12587 of 2014 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 thereafter must pass his final order within nest two months.
3. The fate of the petitioner, as with regard to his continuance of suspension, therefore, must be made clear within the maximum period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
