2. It is the petitioner's case that his vehicle was hired by the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua for serving the officers of the said Collectorate. With a grievance that the petitioner was not paid the amount due for more than 28 months, he filed the present writ application seeking direction to the respondents to pay the said amount.

3. Mr. Jitendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.3679 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted, on instructions, that during the pendency of this writ application, a substantial amount has been paid by the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's interest can be sub-served if the District Magistrate Kaimur at Bhabhua ( respondent No.2) is asked to consider the petitioner's representation on the basis of materials available before him.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate Kaimur at Bhabhua (respondent No.2) which shall be duly considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of making of such representation.
