The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 27.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2551 of 2022, whereby in last paragraph of the order satisfaction court has been wrongly typed as "learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-Danapur, Patna" instead of "A.C.J.M. 1st, Danapur, Patna".

Let the satisfaction court be read as "Learned ACJM I, Danapur, Patna instead of "Learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Danapur, Patna".

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 27.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57431 of 2022(2) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 2551 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before learned ACJM-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1059 of 2019 (G.R. No. 1059 of 2019), within a period of further four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
