JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has a grievance with regard to appointment of Panchayat Teacher and that she has not approached the competent District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority which has been given the full powers as with regard to appointment and service condition of the post of Panchayat Teacher/ Prakhand Teacher, this writ application is both misconceived and in fact ill-advised.
When such an observation has been made learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move the competent District
Patna High Court CWJC No.6118 of 2014 (2) dt.27-07-2015 Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.
