The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on information with respect to sell and purchase of stolen motorcycle, a raid was laid by the police, one person namely Raushan Kumar, found standing near the suspected stolen motorcycle, was apprehend and on being enquired, disclosed the name of this petitioner as his associates. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no stolen articles have been recovered from the petitioner and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 714 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
