The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was cooking meal in her house, the accused persons came there and pressurized to put her signature on the blank paper. On refusal, she was assaulted and when her husband came to rescue her, he was also assaulted.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06-06-2019. The nature of injury is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47532 of 2019(2) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 said to be simple. No offence u/S 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Damodar Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tear P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019.
